Training and Performance
ITP has developed an extensive cadre of specialists certified in training, curriculum development, exercise design, instructional technology and human performance technology. Many of these individuals have experience in the federal government community, as well as certification in the DOE Training Accreditation Program (TAP) and Basic Instructor Training (BIT). ITP brings an extensive toolbox of instructional technologies to performance improvement.

Our specialists have analyzed and implemented training and performance improvement at some of our nation’s most critical assets.

Our experience includes:

  • Curriculum development for the NNSA Office of Secure Transportation (NA-15) training center and preparing more than 400 federal agents a year to protect nuclear shipments on public highways
  • Creating a behavior-based cyber security training and awareness program for the NNSA
  • Conducting training program evaluation and job/task analysis for the NNSA Radiation Emergency Assistance Center/Training Site (REAC/TS)
  • Conducting job assessments, curriculum evaluation, and training development for Sandia National Laboratories in various areas including nuclear material and high explosive handlers
